Go Gluten Free!!!

Day One of back off the gluten.

It was a yummy day.

Breakfast:
Vegan Butternut Squash (gluten free) Muffins

Lunch:
Spaghetti squash with almond pesto
Carrots, onions, broccoli arame sauteed
1 oz dark chocolate

Dinner:
Roasted squash, purple onion, garlic, carrots with green lentils, rosemary, salt
Brown rice mash with cilantro
Squash muffins...

I already feel better!!! I felt my heart was under a lot of stress today, and think it was the gluten moving through...
